Sintoro Codie Tech provides professional IT, AI, software development, and digital marketing consultancy services. All deliverables are subject to written agreement between the company and client.

2. Payments

• Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones in project contracts.

• Any delay in payment may result in suspension of ongoing work.

• All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property

• All source code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of Sintoro Codie Tech until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared business and technical information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sintoro Codie Tech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or indirect damages due to service delays or third-party integrations.

• Any misuse of software or data after delivery.

6. Governing Law

All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mohali, Punjab courts.
